500 colored pencils… it leaves me breathless-the sky is the limit! just the thought of blending so many colors in drawings and hand made books and journals. I could capture every nuance of a crocus leaf pushing up through the leaves.

Wow! what a way to usher in the tiny tips of spring.

Joe Fox, You've Got Mail i can't think of ANY better way to use these than (first) to arrange them into freshly sharpened bouquets all over my house so i could enjoy them all at once. in window wills, on the bathroom counter, next to my bed. then, everytime a good friend came by i could send them home with a bouquet. or send one in the mail. whether i win or not, i might just have to go through with this idea.
