THE WHITNEY ENGLISH COMPANY
{please visit the whitney english company here}
We couldn’t very well do a hue themed month without a nod to a company synonymous with saturated color, bold patterns and motifs, now could we? The Whitney English Company founded in 2002 by Whitney Kolb is a company for paper lovers everywhere that prefer their stationery products ‘shaken not stirred’. Instantly recognizable notecards, announcements, personal stationery and gift items. Now their newly launched Clipsheets can be added to their impressive arsenal.
The Clipsheets are ingenious little 5” x7”, clear acrylic clipboards paired with loose Whitney English signature personalized, pattern stationery customized with your photo. Ideal for to-do lists, honey-do and grocery lists. The Clipsheets also make great wedding favors, teacher, hostess, and bridesmaid gifts (amongst many others I can think of). The set is tied with ribbon, placed inside a Whitney English signature box ready to gift. When that impossible person on your gift list comes around, (you know the one that has everything?) well, this time no need to sweat it, you can give them the gift of thoughtfulness with a dash of good taste thrown in. What can be better than that?

Chocolate marshmallow. It’s delish, and it’s tough to find, which makes it that much more wonderful when I get it!
Mint chocolate chip. Or cookies and cream. Or rainbow sherbet. Aw darn. Any kind… as long as it’s ice cream :)
Lemon & Strawberry gelato mixed together = divine
Turkey Hill makes an over-the-top calorie bomb called “Birthday Cake”. I could eat it forever and ever. It is vanilla ice cream with bits of vanilla cake and buttercream icing mixed in.
Chocolate chip cookie dough… mmmmm.
OH! THIS is an amazing question. I discovered my favorite ice cream combination at Coldstone Creamery one day and NEVER went back =) I LOVE vanilla ice cream and you put just a little bit of almond extract in it and stir it up and then raspberries, coconut and a few white chocolate chips. It’s terrible for me but SO SO delicious! I even gave it a name…. feeling cloudy =) Because my mind starts day dreaming as soon as I taste it YUM!
MINT CHOCO CHIP!!!!!
Cookies & Cream (Whole Foods brand)!!
Yummy! Chocolate- Any Kind!!
My current favorite is Dreyer’s Girl Scout cookie Tagalong icecream. It is the perfect amount of peanut butter and chocolate with some cookie chunks. So good that it is sometimes hard to find at stores!
Mint with crushed Oreos. Fresh Oreos….not pre-packaged in.
My own homemane chocolate hazelnut gelato!
It depends on my mood…
If I’m feeling like a kid, mint chocolate chip
Feeling kind of blue, coffee
Extra happy, graham cracker (yes, it’s a delicious flavor!)
And if it’s snowing, soft serve vanilla and chocolate swirl!
Not a doubt in my mind; cookie dough ice cream!!
Cotton candy icecream is the best. So perfectly sweet. It just melts in your mouth. No pun intended.
I LOVE CHERRY GARCIA!!
i heart plain ol’ vanilla – so consistent and reliable, with just the right amount of sweetness, it’s never a bad choice.
Coffee icecream!!!! And if I am trying to feel “healthy” rainbow sherbet. And if I am feeling decadent…Lemoncello ice crystals.
Maple Nut . . . from Dick’s Drive in located in Seattle.
Peach ice cream, yum!!
vanilla caramel brownie by haagendasz
Peanut Butter and Chocolate
Plain old vanilla, but with peanut butter out of the jar smeared all over it!
i like vanilla with oreos in it. my mom own a restaurant and there was an icecream shop next to it and during the summer i would help out the the restaurant and use the tips i got to buy icecream from the icecream store {I ended up going there so ofter they would start making my icecream by the time i walked through the door}
Mint chocolate chip after dinner can’t be beat!
Okay, it’s has a vanilla base, caramel swirl and peanut butter cups. Would that be Moose or Bunny Tracks?
Mine was Bubblegum I would eat the ice cream first and save all the gumballs and eat them later it was like getting two desserts:)
Mint Choc Chip wins every time for me…bliss!!
Oh dear, this is going to sound so boring. My favorite ice cream really and truly is vanilla. But, my favorite way to eat vanilla ice cream is to add a bit of chocolate syrup to it and mash it all up, until it’s about milkshake consistency. Then enjoy. I’ve done it since I was a kid, eating ice cream at the kitchen counter with my Grandpa, legs swinging feet above the ground.
Strangly, I have very strong feelings against chocolate ice cream.
Chocolate moose tracks!
mmmmmmm snickers
simple, classic CHOCOLATE
Chocolate peanut butter!!! Yum!
Dark chocolate from the ice cream shop “Octave” in Toulouse. It’s one of the most bitter things you can get and yet it is irresistible! Thank goodness my sister lives in Toulouse and she likes to take her little sis out for ice cream every summer.
just plain vanilla!
My Number one choice always is CHOCOLATE!
Smiles, Cyndi
anything with peanut butter! YUM!
I can’t really have ice cream (lactose intolerant), but there’s one flavor that’s worth the stomach ache: peppermint stick, with the little candy cane bits mashed up in it.
Cookies and Cream! So Yummy!
My favorite ice cream flavor is actually vanilla. But! I load it up with honey. So yummy. You really must try it.
Thank you.
I am mad about strawberry and cream: simple but the best ice cream flavor ever!
well, i am not sure if they have this in the U.S., but here in Canada at Christmas time, President’s Choice brand puts out a Candy Cane Ice Cream. It is my absolute favourite. Vanilla ice cream with candy cane pieces and some bits of chocolate crackle. It is only around for awhile though, so when I see it I pretty much jump for joy and buy at least 3 tubs!
Pistacchio.
Because it’s one of the best flavours to test if the gelato is really homemade and gourmet quality. You’ll instant know if the ice cream is OK or KO.
Baseball nut….B & R flavor in the summer. My birthday is in June when the roses are in full bloom and all the parks have ball games going on. I am not a sports nut, never could play, never will, but Baseball nut brings summer and games all together in one scoop!!
coconut, espcially if i is from ‘the hop’ in asheville, nc
White chocolate! It’s hard to find, but oh so delicious.
I love Chunky Monkey, but only once in a blue moon
Strawberry, with the real strawberry chunks in it…so, so yummy!
common ole strawberry… the flavor’s available everywhere but TRUE strawberry goodness is so elusive and rewarding!
