MAKE UNDER MY LIFE
Good morning! My name is Jess Constable and I’m a jewelry designer with a line called Jess LC, as well as a blogger dedicated to designing my life with intention on makeundermylife.com. I feel my purpose is to share my journey and help others peel back the layers of physical and emotional “stuff” that is covering their true potential as well. On the blog I talk about creating a vision for our lives and then share ideas on how to actually carry out those intentions by de-cluttering our minds and homes.
One way to intentionalize our home is to simply pass on one item which no longer serves a purpose in our lives each week. I call this an “end of the week exfoliation” and post pictures of my exfoliated items along with reader’s submissions. I also recommend having a list of new items that fit our visions and goals. I call these wish-list items “intentional obsessions.” Below, you’ll see a collection of my personal “intentional obsessions” for this summer. Have a great day and please don’t hesitate to say hi over at makeundermylife.com.

Clothing, I have way too much.
My magazine collection. I know someone else would enjoy reading through them and I really never pull them out. They are taking up space and cluttering my tiny home.
Books. I have so many and most I only read once. It feels good to share a good story!
I could give away some raisins. I have a big box and no one around here eats ‘em. Generous I know but… I’ll make the sacrifice for the good of mankind.
I could give away my stress this week! Don’t need it.
my box of tampons. they don’t serve a purpose this week.
I have beauiful flowers in my yard because others gave to me. There are a ton of them. I don’t need that many. So, I will be splitting up some plants and giving them away!
clothing… my closets are too full!
I would give away a sweet pair of red leather flats that look so cute but just don’t stay on my feet.
I’d like to bake something – pie, lasagna, granola, anything.. and give that away, once a week. Actually – I’m going to start.
What a great idea. I’ll pass along some books I’ve finished reading and start checking new ones out from the library instead of buying lots more.
One of my copies of my favorite book: The Little Prince. Everyone needs to read it.
