When our friends at Cuisinart asked us if we wanted to do a giveaway with their new ICE-21 frozen yogurt, ice cream and sorbet maker we promptly answered-heck yeah! Being experts on ‘Endless Summer’ we knew this project wouldn’t be complete without the inclusion of homemade frozen treats, am I right? We knew you would appreciate the new fully automatic machine with a patent-pending mixing paddle which makes frozen treats in less than 20 minutes. All you have to do to impress friends and family with your dessert prowess is to add your own fresh ingredients to the double insulated freezer bowl (no ice necessary) hit the ‘on’ button and that’s it. Simple, mess free tasties in mere minutes. I don’t know about you but 2 sentences into this I was ready to add one of these bad boys to my shopping cart. All I can eat frozen yogurt and sorbets? Yes, I am lying; you know I would be making/eating full fat ice cream with extra chunks of yummy if I owned one. I am good like that.

Cusinart is giving away one ICE-21 frozen yogurt, ice cream and sorbet maker to one very lucky winner. In order to enter to win please answer the following question by Wednesday, June 30, 2010:
If you win which frozen treat and what flavor would you make first?
Good luck! Please start checking the winners box on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 to see if you won.

peach-rhubarb-mascarpone ice cream — my parents bring over bushels of peaches in the summer, my grandmother makes her own mascarpone cheese, and i have a thicket of rhubarb right by my back door, so we made some last summer in a rolled tin can — i’d love to bring the family together more on summer nights to cool down with ice water and frozen treats.
