Hey friends! So, we’ve had a few requests for more DIY projects round these parts…Some questions wondering where they went. Serendipitously, this falls right in line with my Monday post about finding the time to get my hobbies going again. So, what’s a lady to do when there is a giant to do list looming on the desk? Make a bunny garland, of course!
This is a super quick and easy project that perfectly fit my busy schedule. Also, now that I have some Easter decor up in the house, I feel a little more in control of my life. (I’m not the only one who responds this way to crafts, am I?
First, the supplies:
A stack of paper from the dollar section, a clip art bunny that I traced, some twine, some glittered scrapbook paper, a hole punch, scissors, and glue (not pictured.)
Cut your background paper into the shape you want. Punch holes in the top corners so that you can thread the twine through them to hang. Then trace the bunny onto the back of the glittered paper, cut out the shapes and glue them to the paper pieces.
Thread the twine through the holes and hang! Voila! Bunny garland!
This was accomplished while my children enjoyed a special treat of watching “Frozen” in the middle of the afternoon. Hey, we all need a little break now and then! Enjoy your crafting, friends, and please leave us links to projects you’ve got going on…We would love to see them!
