Today, I want to share one of my absolute favorite spots on the internet with all of you. If you haven’t met her before, please spend some time today (or this weekend) and browse the archives of Joy the Baker.

Joy is the kind of person I wish I was friends with. I want to call her on Saturday mornings and walk to the beach with coffee and fresh beignets and then make a strange face mask out of kitchen ingredients and read fashion magazines together. Her blog is full of amazing recipes but that isn’t the only draw. This is a girl who speaks authentically, writes with just enough self-deprecation to be accessible and yet…she is the epitome of her name. She lives life fully, she shares just enough to make you want to know more, and…well…she makes food I want to put in my mouth. Enough said.
