Happy Friday, friends! We hope you have an amazing weekend planned. One of the best ways for me to find inspiration is to look at the work of others. Often, I find myself so incredibly amazed at the sheer beauty we are capable of and I figured I would be remiss to not share some of my inspiration with you. My hope is that you’ll do the same in return and we will create this bountiful pool of beauty we can all pull from when we need a dose.
Vahé Berberian is an Armenian painter, author, playwright, director and actor. His work has been seen in over 60 solo and group shows, four one man shows, two published novels, and a dozen plays written and directed by Vaje.
“Ultimately I suppose I am a story teller, whether in words or paint. I started out as a figurative painter. Throughout the years, gradually, as I got rid of everything that was decorative or didactic, my work became more and more abstract, eventually minimalist. Occasionally some of the old elements creep in and survive the process of purification. The perfect painting is the empty canvas. I fill it up because I love the process of painting.”

What about you friends? Whose work inspires you?
