Hello, June! We’ve been waiting here for you, ever so patiently. Now that you’re here, let’s get this party started, shall we? First up on the agenda: entertaining.     Everyone must snack on a slice of crostini topped with strawberries, prosciutto, fresh basil and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Delicious, fresh, and oh so easy!

    One of my favorite summer treats: Watermelon Mojitos! Chunks of ripe watermelon, fresh mint, freshly squeezed lime, sparkling water, and rum. Served in a pretty tumbler over ice, enjoyed on a sunny porch.

    A couple years ago I found a recipe for a raspberry brie panini. To make it, butter the outside of two slices of French bread, add pieces of brie and raspberries, drizzle honey, assemble, and place on a panini maker. It’s more of a sandwich than a snack, but sometimes I eat two a day. Raspberries are in season, so why let any go to waste?
