{please visit gigi new york here – and graphic image here}

Am I the only one who hangs up the large tote bags as soon as the weather warms up? Granted, for days spent at the park or the beach a tote is a necessity. Rather, I’m talking about those evenings spent with some strappy sandals and a mojito. When the weather calls for a sundress, the arm calls for a clutch. (Please tell me I’m not alone in this.) The perfect summer adornment is, literally, right at your fingertips.

Our friends at Graphic Image have updated their sophisticated Gigi New York line with a collection of summer adornments. I am a firm believer that the right handbag can absolutely change your mood and these new bags are no exception. Seamlessly making the transition from day to night and erasing the line between casual and dressy, these new clutches embody the spirit of adornment with grace and sophistication and panache. Graphic Image has done it again.

    After a long night all dressed up looking and feeling nice, the day after with my hair uncombed no makeup and silly pijamas the man I adored at the time told me “you look beautiful, don’t ever change”

    the best i received was when i left my last place of employment. i was told that i was the “glue”that held my team together, making them laugh, acting as a peacemaker when there were conflicts between colleagues, teaching the new staff the ropes. now that my job search has become : apply, apply no reply:P it does get depressing but i keep motivating myself remembering that compliment, coz it makes me feel that i’m worthy of being employed and sooner or later an employer will give me a chance, fingers crossed hehe.

    The best compliment I’ve ever received is being called a “free spirit.” I have been called a “free spirit” by a few people, including my mother, my best friend’s father, and a few friends. It helps me feel even more free and liberated, light and carefree!
