Here’s a question for you: does your idea of living “The Good Life” include your couch? Here’s another: does it include color? If you have answered yes to both of these questions, you have come to the right place. Let’s be honest, the couch is the most used piece of furniture in the room, don’t you think? (At least it is in my house.) There is reading, writing, crafting, working, napping, dreaming all taking place on one piece of furniture. In my mind, this qualifies as reason enough to accessorize said piece with as much beauty and color and vibrancy as I can. It is a reason to celebrate it, decorate it, honor it. It is a reason for me to need pillows that reflect this. Tell me I’m not alone in my fervor.
Gina Amoroso of Hettle Textile takes what could be ordinary pillow covers and turns them into extraordinary works of art that beg to be a part of your daily exhale onto the couch. These pieces are statements about what it means to you to expect beauty in every aspect of your life. From the simplicity of the Golden Yellow Watercolors (that bleed! gorgeous!) to the saturation of the Teal and Navy Hand Dyed Linen, these are the types of pillows that get people talking. Any conversation that starts with such beauty deserves its day in the sun, yes?

Last daydreaming adventure was thinking of NYC, last year’s summer vacation
Spending a day in Portlandia…
I was outside taking my dog for a quick walk, and the way the sun was shining so brightly but it was so windy at the same time, made me start daydreaming about the beautiful breezes in Maui. The sun reminded me of the harsh heat you feel in between each breeze.
After reading the latest Arch. Digest, a beautiful home in Conneticut. Wow, that magazine is amazing!
Owning a beach house where I can have coffee in the morning with a view of the ocean! Since I live in land-locked AZ, it’s a recurring daydream!

I wished that it wasn’t 95 degrees out I was laying by the pool with a fruity drink.
It’s so hot that I’ve been dreaming about sweater weather. Mustard jeans, boots, pumpkins, crunchy leaves, kids back in school……ah, yes………..
Moving to Aruba!
My daydreams may be different from day to day, but they are all related. I always daydream about the honeymoon my husband and I have yet to take. I know that when the time finally comes where we actually have enough money and time to take the vacation, it will be beyond my most desired daydream… :)
This is a hard question…..and I feel kind of silly not having a reply..But, …I dont think I daydream..like those that have written before me… I wish I had some beautiful place in my mind where I wander..Having two awesome daughters ..and the worlds best hubbie.. I really like my reality…The closest thing I guess that comes is what it will be like to be a grandma.. but with girls 10 and 16 ..we have a longtime for that… hmmmm???? …So, I am going to have to work on a daydream…
A delicious chocolate dipped ice cream cone… I mean, it is National Ice Cream Day and all today! ;)
Currently I’ve got food poisoning. So I was daydreaming about tomorrow and hoping it’ll be gone. Health is so damn important!! (specially when you’re a single mum hah- and her father is super sick aswell! no more shared dinners for us…)

The last day dream I had was in space. I was floating, and could see the Earth below me, miles and miles away. All of the stars were super tiny, and when I tucked them they exploded into small galaxies. And then a strange woman appeared. And that was it. I came back to reality. Weird, huh?
the last day dream i had, I was sitting at my desk at the first company that my husband and I had just started up, it was an amazing feeling to dream how great it felt having accomplished such an enormous feat as starting your own business, some day…….soon
the view from the last mountain i climbed….
summertime as a little kid running through the huge sprinklers in our half acre garden.
Sailing on a wide, vividly green ocean, majestic gulls singing overhead… only to realize that I’m sitting on the narrow, dingy patch of grass behind the apartment building, with dirty, noisy pigeons swooshing by.
I’m been daydreaming about home after 9 months overseas. I love traveling, but there is no place like home.
Leaving work early to go lay under a shady tree and read and nap all day. This was about 15 minutes after I got to work today.
I’m in wedding planning mode, so it was probably chiffon or tulle related!
Thinking of all the fun places I will take my best friend when she visits me for the first time in Boston this weekend!
that I won the lottery!
Being skinny. Don’t judge, you know you dream about it too!
When I was little I used to spin elaborate day dreams with complex plots. Now my day-dreams are involved wonderings of what to make for dinner and what sort of dish I can make with what’s in the fridge! I love cooking and eating and so when I get hungry it’s my most rewarding day-dream..
the last daydream I had involved cool breezes, waves of the ocean, a beautiful blue sky, and cold beverages. This heat is killer!
I daydreampt of being Zooey Deschanel.
I live in my husband’s ancestral home, which is very lovely and old but has nothing of me in it. I daydream of making little nooks for myself, a touch of red here and there, plants, big art, something vivacious and perhaps even audacious. I even have a Pinterest folder devoted to this daydream. Don’t tell the family that

that i was a gymnast in the Olympics capable of doing all those flips and wearing the fancy unitard
Taking my daughters to Colonial Williamsburg :p
I think many of my current daydreams these days stem from Pinterest. They’re often about being organized and having the time, energy and resources to create all the amazing projects that I fall head over heels for!
The best daydream I ever had was being right next to this huge wall. It was made of old stone, several feet high, and went as far as I could see. Green ivy and vines grew all over it. I could hear laughter on the other side – kids playing. The sun was also shining. But before I could pass over, I woke up! If only I could make my mind travel there once more.
