{please visit Humoresque here}

My purse is organized. We’re talking no stray items floating in the bottom of the bag, no struggling to find objects in the bottom of the well. A clutter free and organized purse is the key to feeling in control at any given moment. The moment tiny objects start swimming in the depths of my purse, bad things happen. (Now, I’m not sure if this is really true because it has never happened but I keep my purse in check just to be safe.) My secret? Tiny bags within my bag. From zippered pouches to frame purses, wrangling the tiny necessities in life is a surefire to live a good one.

Humoresque is the type of shop you find yourself going back to time and time again. Handcrafted by Takako Watanabe, each of these frame purses are tiny works of art you can carry around with you daily. From coin purses to pouches, I find myself coveting one for every day of the week. You know, to match my outfits…or my mood. The Good Life is all about beauty (and organization.) Humoresque has just the right tools to hold it together for you.

    My greatest strength is being detail-oriented. It draws me to my work as an editor, but also helps me to appreciate the “little” things like a beautiful leaf, an unusual cloud, and the magic of mundane moments.

    My absolute greatest strength is compassion. It’s helped me to come alongside others to help and encourage them when they need help and encouragement.

    My humor, it’s my all-around utility tool. I can use to to make nervous people comfortable in a strange situation, a boring time turn tail…but I don’t find it much use for angry people…..unless you’re goal is to make them even more angry!

    Compassion is my greatest strength. Sometimes it can be a weakness too, I think a lot of strengths are like that though.
