And I’m not talking weather. I’m talking about the sunshine in our hearts, in our souls. I’m talking about how the little things that fill us with joy are sometimes enough to make the difference. For those of you still looking for that one detail to make your day that much easier, we here at the BSP have found the perfect thing. La Woodstock is the brainchild of Rosy Sala, an artist with a special knack for creating perfect little creatures to take home with you and love. If you are unfamiliar with amigurumi, it is the Japanese art of creating knitted or crocheted stuffed animals and I dare you to hold one in your hands and not find yourself smiling. I double dare you.

If I could be an animal, I would love to be a hummingbird. They are beautiful small creatures who love being around spring flowers as much as I do

I would be an Eagle… I have to say they are smart and one of the most beautful birds there are. (They also seem to appear everytime I am thinking of my late Father and for that reason alone I feel like a winner.)
I’d be some kind of pretty little bird. the idea of being able to fly is very compelling. And, at last I could sing!!

If I were any animal, I think I would be a dolphin! They are social, intelligent, and playful. To top it off, they’re graceful and magnificent. I would spend all day playing with my other dolphin friends!
If i was any animal, I would have to be a polar bear. I find it so amazing that they could survive in freezing temperure near ice cold water. I love seeing the mommy polar bears with there babies roaming around, playing, and finding food. So adorible.
If I could be an animal, I think I might go with a lion… but not a Simba type lion- more like an Aslan type lion (from the Chronicles of Narnia). He is just so fearless, awe-inspiring, and lovely!
