Giveaway :: Made from Earth

{please visit Made from Earth here}

Let’s not beat around the bush here. Skincare has become something of a battle around these parts. I don’t know about you, but I am at a point where my skin needs to be tended to, cultivated, honored. My skin just can’t afford to be taken for granted anymore and I am a bit at a loss for how exactly to go about this. Since fall has, well, fallen…I’ve started to realize that I’ve been ignoring the most essential organ on my body for the past few seasons and I am determined to change this for the better. First on my list? Products that mean something, that are eco-conscious, that are as natural as possible while still doing the job.

Made from Earth is a company I am so excited to share with you. Helmed by Stergios Bekas, Made from Earth creates a natural based line of skin and hair care that will make you feel good about the things you are putting on your body while simultaneously enhancing your beauty. Every ingredient used in the Made from Earth line is organic, cruelty-free, and non-toxic. If I were to link to some products I think you should try, I would busy you with their entire catalog. Rather, do yourself (and your skin) a favor and let your skin live the life it wants to. This fall, try something new and natural and let your skin really breathe and your beauty shine.

Made from Earth is giving away Day and Night Pampering Kit to one lucky winner! To enter to win, please answer the following question by Thursday, October 25th. Comments now closed…good luck!

    I am downright TERRIBLE about taking regular care of my skin. The only product that can entice me to do so for any stretch of time is the Angels on Bare Skin cleanser from Lush. It always makes my skin feel soft and fresh, never tight, and it’s kind of fun to smoosh all around my face. I’ve used it off and on since back when you had to order Lush products from England (now they come from Canada!), and I recommend it to anyone looking for a new cleanser. I value that Lush is cruelty free and natural, too!

    Moisturizer! Lotion for my face each morning to make it feel soft, lipbalm to soothe my chapped lips and body butter for my legs. I love slathering it on and feeling all of the tightness go away and my skin glows in response.

    Moisturizer! Although in all honesty, I think I could teach myself to do without the actual product – dab olive oil onto my face, maybe? – if I had to choose only one product to use for the rest of my life, and toothpaste was not an optional, no-counting add-on to the one product. Luckily toothpaste is not a beauty product so both my teeth and my face are safe!

    I have pretty sensitive skin so I try to keep the products I put on it to a minimum. Can a tool count as a product? I love my eyelash curler…If it doesn’t count a good face cream can make a girl feel pretty.

    it’s not exactly a product, but having enough sleep consistently and not being stressed does wonders for my skin, because if i’m tired and stressed out over school, my moisturisers don’t do much for my skin. and i have sensitive skin so when i’m stressed these red bumps just break out over my face 🙁 they tend to clear after major stressful events (like final exams!) are over so my guess is that less stress -> healthier skin! and body and mind as well 🙂

    My first thoughts were lotion and chapstick, but “can’t live without” takes me in the soap and toothpaste direction. Oh jeez, and deodorant. The basic beauty triad right there. If there must be one, soap is queen.

    Nikki says:

    Lip balm, I use it religiously and have tubes of it all over the house and in my car, purse, and even our barn.  It’s also good for chapped noses and smoothing eyebrows. I’ve even used it to soothe irritated eyelids (always organic, and never spf on my eyelids). I love great smelling, healthy, earth-friendly beauty products and am thankful for every lotion and serum made, but lip balm is the one I can’t live without!

     The one product i cant live without is my face scrub.I have mature skin so it doesnt have that natural glow I once did. I also believe in moisturizing your skin with beauty oils that are beneficial to your skin without containing so many harmful ingredients. I try to make my own face scrub and to moisturize my skin with oils like, almond oil, rosehip seed oil,etc!  Natural is geat and your skin will love it! Thanks

    Barely-tinted lip balm.

    Gali says:

    Is soap considered a beauty product? Because I certainly couldn’t live without my good old savon de Marseille! It’s been used for centuries and it’s still the best product out there for people who are sensitive to chemicals. It doesn’t destroy my skin and it gets rid of grime much better than any other shower gel/detergent out there and that’s a huge plus after long bike rides… what more could I ask for?
