Giveaway :: ReStyle
Since we’ve already established that “Spring into Fall” signifies embracing the changes we see happening all around us, let’s get to the specifics. When it comes to artwork, nothing says transition like switching out a few of your art pieces with fresh, inspirational pieces. But what good is knowing what to do if you don’t know where to go to get it? That’s where we come in, dear readers! Nothing brings us greater joy than introducing all of you to some of our favorite finds so that you can implement these transitions into your own homes.
ReStyle is the handiwork of Jan Skácelík. A graphic designer/photographer/composer living in the Czech Republic, Skácelík creates gorgeous and vibrant art with a mid century modern twist (as evidenced by this gorgeous Catherine Holm Enamelware Kitchen Art print.) There is a clean simplicity that can’t be replicated easily and I’m pretty sure my partner in crime is going to be getting this print for our anniversary. (Shh. Don’t tell him.) What fun would “Spring into Fall” be if I didn’t play along?

My very first best friend is Denise & she is still my best friend. We met in 3rd grade & have been friends ever since. Through boys and marriages and children. She is the greatest person you could ever meet or hope to have in your life.
My older brother
he was the first one I built backyard forts with, shared my secrets with, and I knew he would always protect me. Still one of my best friends to this day!
If I recall correctly, my first best friends were imaginary. They were a large group of brothers and sisters and I could never remember their names and had to make up new ones all the time.
But I do remember their father was a magical king, they lived in a white castle in a weird country that was located behind a rainbow bridge and they frequently had exiting adventures and invited me along.
I was barely three back then and the only other kid around was my newborn sister, so I had to let my imagination run wild.
Desiree… We met on the first day of kindergarten… Even though we now live on other parts of the country… We. Still keep in touch <3
My first best friend L and I lived across the street from each other. After a blizzard, we took walking sticks and hiked through my (small) backyard like Arctic explorers. We started businesses and magazines and dreamed up clubs that we were the only joiners of. We played on her parents’ waterbed and explored the “personal computer” paint program together. Thanks for asking this question – it reminded me of some lovely memories!
Linda Henry. She lived on the corner of my street and we were best friends from the 1st thru 6th grade…..wow, memories
My friend Anna, whose parents and mine were friends growing up and our moms were pregnant at the same. We grew up on the same street, went to the same highschool, and even college together!
My first best friend and best friend up to this day is Christine. We met in third grade and have been calling eachother BFF ever since!
My first best friend was Stephanie Leigh White. I believe we became friends in the 4th grade and were friends until after high school then lost touch. I often wonder what she’s doing now…..we used to talk on the phone all the time and write long letters and mail them….ah,memories.
My cousin, Megan was my first and dearest.
