{please visit Under Wrapz Robes here}

I’ll admit it: I am not fond of robes. I have gone through about seventeen robes in my lifetime but I can never find one that sticks. The thick terrycloth robe is good for when it’s raining and I have the flu, not so good for getting ready or sitting around the house. The slinky silk robe is nice for an extra layer of luxury around the house but never stays in place when I’m putting on makeup or want to make coffee. I have always thought a good robe is the perfect at-home adornment and I’ve always wished I could just find one that works. My wishes, it seems, have been granted.

Kate Favia of Under Wrapz Robes has created the absolute perfect robe. This is no coincidence, either. These 100% handcrafted cotton robes were created so that you could look good AND be comfortable while you’re relaxing at home. They allow you to have that perfect accessory that makes life simpler, more elegant, more comfortable. They are also perfect for dorm living or living with roommates, kids, and friends that like to pop by unannounced. The best part? The sleeve length! These 3/4 sleeves won’t get in your way when you’re trying to wash dishes or put on makeup. Don’t even get me started on the vast array of gorgeous patterns available! I’m thinking I might need one for every season. Proper adornment is all about the details, folks.

Under Wrapz Robes is giving away one robe of the winner’s choice to one lucky winner! To enter to win, please answer the following question by Wednesday, June 6th. Comments now closed…Good luck!

    I have a very busy toddler so the days that I can focus on myself are rare. If I can sit still for five minutes and drink my tea it gives me time to map out my day in my head and even meditate a little. It’s amazing how just a few minutes can get you centered!

    Ooooh, I love these robes. I’ve been eyeing them for months.

    Anyway, I like to go for a run right after my daughters get on the school bus. The sun isn’t fully up yet, the streets and sidewalks are mostly quiet, and I feel like I have the world to myself.

    I’m at my best for the whole day if I can conquer any dishes before I leave the house. If I didn’t get to the dinner dishes before I went to bed (we tend to eat pretty late in our house), it’s usually a lost cause. If I’ve done the previous night’s dishes and find myself with a short window of time in the morning, I’ll wash up the bowls or plates we use and head off to my day knowing I have a clean lovely kitchen to come home to. I cannot explain just why it makes me happy, but I feel on top of things if I know my kitchen is in order.

    (Also, EXACTLY! The sleeves of my robe always dip in the water, I have to keep them rolled up, so a 3/4 sleeve sounds lovely!)

    i really do enjoy putting on my makeup in the morning. i always have. i suppose it’s not very modern of me, but as an artist, it’s like making a little painting every day. and i have a job that allows me to have some fun with my makeup, so some days it’s hot pink eyeliner, or black lipstick. and it’s fun!

    I feel my very best when I get exactly the right amount of sleep – waking up on my own, no alarm, but not them being lazy and talking myself back into sleeping again. 8.5 or 9 hours seems to do this for me, and I can only do it on the weekends, but when I can pull it off, I feel so refreshed and energized for the whole day!
